Operating inside the Hik-Partner Pro installer portal, this universal maintenance utility gives technicians a real-time health dashboard, offline alerts, and diagnostic exception logging for IP cameras, DVRs, NVRs, intercom stations, or wireless alarm panels. As a strict prerequisite, you must have a verified Hik-Partner Pro installer account with the target hardware device actively configured and connected to the internet to authorize remote status monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
