Shipping Policy

We currently offer free ground shipping on online orders of $1000 or more. Choose Purolator Ground shipping at checkout. This offer will be applied automatically at checkout. So you don't have to enter a promotional code. Most in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days.

Offer applies to small packages and may be discontinued at any time. The cost of a less than $500 truckload shipment will be a flat rate of $170. The pre-tax total of purchases must be at least $1000 to qualify for free ground shipping.

Please note that the free ground shipping offer applies to most online orders when the cost of materials exceeds $1000. However, certain exclusions may apply. For example, a one-time shipping charge may apply to the purchase of certain products from particular brands.

The equipment is delivered as standard to the address given on the order form within 5 working days. An express delivery method within 24 hours is also offered at an additional cost. This deadline is given for informational and indicative purposes only. It takes effect on the date your order is registered and depends in particular on the availability of carriers and the order of arrival of orders. If, exceptionally, the announced deadline cannot be respected, the customer will be informed and will then have the choice between maintaining the order or canceling it.
Home delivery by carrier. Delivery time within 5 working days, upon receipt of your order, depending on the availability of our stock. This deadline is an average deadline, given as an indication and without commitment on our part.

If you are absent, your package will be dropped off at the nearest post office and a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox or at your door depending on the carrier. To benefit from express delivery, all products in the order must be in stock and eligible for this delivery method (“24-hour express delivery” on the product sheet).

Full or partial delivery. When you order several products at the same time and they may have different availability times. Orders will ship fully or partially depending at no cost to you.

Shipping time varies depending on your location, carrier and method chosen. We send tracking information as soon as its provided by the carrier.

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place an order from the Website. Most items leave our premises within 1-3 days. We will send you another email with tracking information once the carrier issues the information.

    Return Policy

    We accept returns, with reimbursement to the customer's account, for any new, unpacked product up to 30 days following the date of purchase. The products must be in the original packaging and in new condition. Contact your Noctoptics Representative for assistance.

    An item defective out of the box will be exchanged for a new item, free of charge, or a credit will be applied, depending on the manufacturer's policy. If the manufacturer determines that the product was not defective, that it was not new or if its malfunction is due to damage from use or mishandling, the customer is responsible for the costs associated with the replacement.

    We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns on purchases made more than 30 days ago unless instructed otherwise by your representative.
    Special order returns are governed by the supplier's return policy: some require a restocking fee, while others do not accept returns. Contact your representative to obtain return authorization for special orders. It is not possible to return special orders online.

    Customers can return items to their local branch free of charge. If you cannot go to a physical branch to make a return, you can ship the return at your expense. 

    The product returned for exchange or refund must be returned intact in its original packaging and sealed. It must be accompanied by its accessories and documents.

    Packaging and transport costs relating to the return are the responsibility of the customer and will only be reimbursed in the context of a return referred to in article 10 (consumer's right of withdrawal).

    Custom-made items offered on quote and validated by the customer will not be returned or exchanged.
