It extends the software update and technical eligibility for an individual active camera channel by 36 months after the system's initial complimentary factory support period expires. Rather than expanding camera slot capacity or adding new hardware connections, this maintenance SKU keeps a single existing camera channel valid for unlimited VMS version upgrades, technical support, and critical cybersecurity bug patches over an extended three-year term.
