The HikCentral Professional SUP-1 camera/2years upgrade is a 2-year Software Support Program (SUP) Maintenance License for the HikCentral Professional platform. It extends the software update and technical eligibility for an individual active camera channel by 24 months after the system's initial complimentary factory support period expires. Rather than expanding camera slot capacity or adding new hardware connections, this maintenance SKU keeps a single existing camera channel valid for unlimited VMS version upgrades, technical support, and critical cybersecurity bug patches over a multi-year term.
