The Hikvision HikCentral-P-MS-Base (SKU: 401000428) is the foundational software license required to activate vehicle tracking and fleet management capabilities within the HikCentral Professional platform. Out of the box, this base package unlocks full platform controls to natively manage up to 10 mobile recorder units (such as onboard mobile NVRs, transit DVRs, or police dashcams). It provides vital fleet logistics tools—including live remote video playback, emergency alarm monitoring, system health checks, and real-time GIS map positioning with historical route playback. It also includes a 3-year Software Support Program (SUP) for continuous feature and map system upgrades.
