Description

The HC-Intercom/1Room/Lifetime is a one-time, lifetime licence that adds cloud video intercom for one room in Hik-Connect for Teams. Visitors enter the room number at the door station, and the call rings on the residents' phones in the Hik-Connect app.

  • Pay once: lifetime service for one room, with no yearly renewal.
  • Calls go to phones: the householder or up to 6 family members can answer in the Hik-Connect app.
  • Managed in the cloud: rooms are set up as virtual room units in Hik-Connect for Teams.
  • No base licence needed to get started.

Good to know

This is a software licence. You need a compatible Hikvision door station connected to Hik-Connect for Teams. Not sure your door station model and firmware are supported? Email us and we'll check.
