Description
The Hikvision DS-MDS004/2T/8 is a small-footprint, fan-free, and silent 8-port desktop nameplate dock station pre-configured with 2 TB of internal storage. Engineered to automate post-shift maintenance for digital nameplate cameras, it uses an intuitive web client to handle configuration and data display while simultaneously charging up to eight devices. The unit independent workflow automatically uploads nameplate camera video files, wipes the device's edge memory to prepare it for immediate reuse, and secures data continuity using Automatic Network Replenishment (ANR) alongside a cyclic overwriting system that replaces the oldest files in chronological order when the master storage disk becomes full.
