Description
The Hikvision DS-KHH6020X (specifically the DS-KHH6020X-H) is a compact, Linux-based audio bedhead terminal equipped with a physical handset handle and pull cord, engineered to facilitate instant, two-way emergency communication within healthcare environments. Housed in a wall-mounted 86mm x 86mm form factor, it features dedicated physical buttons and pull-cord actions supporting three distinct notification modes—standard emergency call, dressing change assistance, and call cancellation. The terminal runs on TCP/IP, SIP, and RTSP protocols, using a built-in omnidirectional microphone and an external speaker optimized with advanced noise suppression and echo cancellation to deliver clear 64 Kbps G.711U audio back to a central nursing hub. For broader ward safety, its hardware layout contains 1 RJ45 network interface and 4 local alarm inputs, providing wired integration to peripheral devices like bathroom emergency pull-buttons while operating reliably on either a local 12VDC line or Power over Ethernet (PoE) via a dedicated converter.
