Housed in a heavy-duty metal enclosure with an IP67 weatherproof rating and an IK10 vandal-resistant dome shield, the "-Y" designation signifies an advanced anti-corrosion chemical treatment certified to NEMA 4X (NEMA 250-2018) industrial safety standards. The camera pairs premier DarkFighter low-light sensitivity with an extraordinary 140 dB true Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) sensor to completely eliminate deep shadows and blinding glare in extreme high-contrast lighting. For seamless deployment, it features a 2.8 mm to 12 mm motorized varifocal lens for remote optical adjustments via software, alongside a built-in microphone for real-time audio security, efficient H.265+ compression, and audio/alarm interfaces. This intelligent platform fully supports the Hikvision Embedded Open Platform (HEOP), packing a 1.5 TOPS hardware computing engine, 60 MB system memory, 400 MB smart RAM, and 2 GB of dedicated eMMC storage to import and run specialized third-party software applications directly at the edge alongside its native deep-learning human and vehicle classification filters.
