Description
Heavy-duty, vandal-resistant barrier with reinforced axial beam up to 6 meters. One-C three-phase motor, continuous operation up to 10,000 cycles/day. Cataphoretized structure, aluminum cover and integrated PL-d safety. Ideal for sensitive, industrial or collective sites with high traffic.
- Opening Speed: Variable and adjustable from 2 to 9 seconds, depending on configuration and arm length.
- Boom (Arm): Reinforced oval aluminium boom 135×93 mm or 180×118 mm, white lacquered with reflective strips, up to 8 m, anti-break-in design.
- Controller (ONE-C): Integrated power supply, PLC, frequency inverter, SD card, and RJ45 (Modbus) communication port.
- Motor & Power: Three-phase 0.25 kW (reversible) or 0.55 kW (irreversible) motor, 230 V power supply, spring + chain and gear compensation.
- Structure: Cataphoretic-treated steel cabinet with 2 mm aluminium cover, standard finish RAL 5015/9010, Ronis 405 lock.
- Performance: MCBF 5 million cycles, MTBF 15 000 h, MTTR 30 min, temperature range –30 °C to +55 °C, IP54 rating.
- Options: Anti-vandal reinforced kit, infrared sensors, induction loops, ultrasonic sensors, LAPI integration, full-height grilles, motorized rotation, sound and light signals.
- Installation: Supplied with foundation template, 4 anchor rods, Janolène conduits; foundation dimensions 800 × 800 × 1000 mm.
