Description

The LBA 7 secures large access points up to 7 meters with a straight or hinged rail. It features a powerful motor and a high-strength structure. Its compact size allows for easy on-site integration. Suitable for logistics platforms, port areas, or freight areas.

  • Opening Speed: Variable from 1.7 to 3.8 seconds, adjustable via the onboard controller.
  • Duty Cycle: Designed for continuous intensive use (15 000 cycles/day) with MCBF = 5 million cycles.
  • Controller (ONE-C): Integrated power supply, PLC, frequency inverter, SD card slot, and RJ45 (Modbus) for system integration.
  • Motor Control (ONE-SENSE): Intelligent automatic motor management and control.
  • Motor & Power: 0.18 kW or 0.25 kW three-phase motor-gearbox, reversible (auto-lift on power loss) or irreversible (manual crank).
  • Boom (Arm): Oval 84 × 57 mm aluminium, white lacquered with reflective strips, length 2 – 7 m, central mount for added rigidity.
  • Housing & Protection: Cataphoretic-treated steel cabinet with 2 mm aluminium cover, IP54, temperature range −30 °C to +55 °C.
  • Installation: Includes foundation template, four anchor rods, Janolène conduits, and auto-learning system for boom configuration.

Covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims and returns (RMA) are coordinated by Noctoptics from Laval, Québec, directly with the manufacturer.
