With the LBA 63 PG Flex, reduce maintenance costs at toll stations and limit waiting times during busy periods. Equipped with a Flex boom, the LBA 63 PG guarantees optimum opening speed and continuous service, and ultimately limits waiting times at the toll.
- Opening Speed: Variable and adjustable from 0.6 to 1.2 seconds, optimized for toll or high-speed access lanes.
- Duty Cycle: Designed for continuous intensive use (20 000 cycles/day) with MCBF = 10 million cycles.
- Controller (ONE-C): Integrated power supply, PLC, frequency inverter, SD card slot, and RJ45 (Modbus) network interface.
- Motor Control (ONE-SENSE): Intelligent automatic motor management with anti-rebound and controlled re-hinging system.
- Motor & Power: 0.18 kW three-phase reversible motor-gearbox, supports auto-lift on power loss.
- Boom (Arm): Patented FLEX boom, tested for 1200+ impacts without breaking, length up to 3.5 m.
- Housing & Protection: Cataphoretic-treated steel body, 2 mm aluminium cover, IP54, operation from −30 °C to +55 °C.
- Installation: Delivered with foundation template, 4 anchor rods, Janolène conduits, and auto-lift system.foundation dimensions 600 × 600 × 800 mm.
