Description

The LBA 4 barrier is a compact solution for accesses up to 4 meters. It offers an excellent compromise between robustness and reduced space requirements. Its aluminum boom and 24V motor ensure reliability and security. Perfect for residences, condominiums, or small parking lots.

  • Opening Speed: Variable from 2.4 s to 4.4 s, fully adjustable via the onboard controller.
  • Duty Cycle: Built for intensive continuous operation (10 000 cycles/day) with MCBF = 3 million cycles.
  • Controller (ONE-C): Integrated power supply, PLC, variable-frequency drive, SD card slot, RJ45 (Modbus) for network and automation integration.
  • Motor & Power: 230 V single-phase supply, 0.18 kW three-phase irreversible motor-gearbox.
  • Boom: Oval 84 × 57 mm aluminium, lacquered white with reflective strips, available in lengths of 2–4 m.
  • Cabinet & Protection: Cataphoretic-treated steel body with 2 mm aluminium cover, IP54 rating, operating range −30 °C to +55 °C.
  • Maintenance & Dimensions: 600 × 600 × 800 mm, manual crank emergency operation, MTTR 15 min.
  • Installation: Supplied with a foundation template and four anchoring rods, remains in place on a concrete base, plus base plate for the rest stand
