Description

Lane-cutting version of the LBA12 with fiberglass rail up to 12 m. It effectively secures wide crossing areas. Equipped with a ONE-C control for network or wired operation. Recommended for logistics platforms or motorway networks.

  • Opening Speed: Variable and adjustable from 4.9 to 6 seconds, depending on boom length and configuration.
  • Boom (Arm): One-piece fibreglass conical boom Ø 140 mm, from 5 to 12 m, without guy wires, designed to resist wind gusts > 160 km/h.
  • Controller (ONE-C): Includes power supply, PLC, frequency inverter, SD card, and RJ45 (Modbus) for integration.
  • Motor & Power: 0.55 kW three-phase motor with brake, 230 V supply, irreversible gearbox with torque compensation spring.
  • Structure: Cataphoretic-treated galvanized steel frame, 3 mm galvanized cover, standard RAL 5015, with optional custom RAL.
  • Performance: MCBF 3 million cycles, MTBF 15 000 h, MTTR 60 min, operation from –30 °C to +55 °C, IP54 rating.
  • Options: Manual or motorized rotation device for maintenance, high-protection grille, AVB rest stand, anti-vandalism kit.
  • Installation: Delivered with foundation template, 4 anchor rods, Janolène conduits; foundation dimensions 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm.
