The DS-K1T502DBWX-C is a rugged, multi-functional wall-mounted access control and video intercom terminal manufactured by Hikvision. Constructed from a heavy-duty zinc alloy housing that achieves an IP65 weatherproof and IK09 impact-resistance rating, this all-in-one security hub features a built-in 2-megapixel HD camera with a wide 110° viewing angle and an integrated physical keypad. It authenticates users via proximity cards (M1 and MIFARE DESFire), PIN codes, or smartphone-based Bluetooth credentials. Operating over wired TCP/IP or onboard Wi-Fi with configurable network priority, the terminal serves as a full-featured video door bell that can dial the central management software, indoor monitor stations, or the Hik-Connect mobile app. It simplifies large-scale commercial integration by supporting standard SIP 2.0 telephony routing (across servers like FreePBX, 3CX, and Asterisk), direct Wiegand communication to external master access panels, RS-485 serial communication for smart elevator calling, local Access Point (AP) wireless programming mode, and expandable storage up to 256 GB via a local MicroSD card slot.
