Description

  • Opening Speed: Variable and adjustable from 4.9 to 10.5 seconds, depending on boom length and options.
  • Boom (Arm): One-piece reinforced fibreglass conical boom Ø 140 mm with reflective bands, length up to 8 m, resists winds > 160 km/h.
  • Controller (ONE-C): Includes power supply, PLC, frequency inverter, SD card, and RJ45 (Modbus) for integration.
  • Motor & Power: 0.55 kW three-phase motor with brake, 230 V supply, irreversible gearbox with spring and chain compensation.
  • Structure: Cataphoretic-treated steel body with 2 mm aluminium cover, standard RAL 5015/9010, Ronis 405 lock.
  • Performance: MCBF 5 million cycles, MTBF 15 000 h, MTTR 30 min, temperature –30 °C to +55 °C, IP54 rating.
  • Options: Sound and visual signals, ultrasonic sensor, anti-vandal pack, manual or motorized rotation device, safety grille.
  • Installation: Delivered with foundation template, 4 anchor rods, Janolène conduits; foundation dimensions 800 × 800 × 1000 mm.
