Description

  • Opening Speed: Variable from 1 to 3.8 seconds, adjustable via the onboard controller.
  • Duty Cycle: Built for continuous intensive operation (15,000 cycles/day) with MCBF = 10 million cycles.
  • Controller (ONE-C): Integrated power supply, PLC, frequency inverter, SD card slot, and RJ45 (Modbus) network interface.
  • Motor Control (ONE-SENSE): Automatic motor management and control system.
  • Motor & Power: 0.18 kW three-phase motor-gearbox, available as reversible (auto-lift on power loss) or irreversible (manual crank).
  • Boom (Arm): Oval 84 × 57 mm aluminium, white lacquered with reflective strips, length 2 – 6 m.
  • Housing & Protection: Cataphoretic-treated steel cabinet, 2 mm aluminium cover, IP54, temperature range −30 °C to +55 °C.
  • Installation: Includes foundation template, four anchor rods, Janolène conduits, and auto-learning system for boom calibration.
