The Hikvision DS-K2704X(P) is an enterprise-grade 4-door network access controller supplied as a bare printed circuit board (PCB) designed for software-free management via a built-in Web browser interface. Engineered for centralized system integration, it controls four doors natively and scales up to 128 total doors by driving 62 downstream access modules across a redundant, 5-channel downlink RS-485 bus featuring dual-bus loop isolation. The hardware is purpose-built to enforce high-security logic like multi-door interlocking and anti-passback rules while providing continuous field uptime via an onboard battery backup charging circuit and visual LED diagnostic indicators.
