Semi-heavy barrier with straight or hinged rail up to 3.5 m. It combines robustness and compactness with a cataphoretized sheet metal shaft. Three-phase motor and 10,000 cycles/day for intensive use. Suitable for public buildings, communities or restricted access areas.
- Opening Speed: Variable and adjustable from 2.7 to 3.8 seconds, depending on configuration.
- Duty Cycle: Designed for continuous intensive use (10 000 cycles/day) with MCBF = 5 million cycles.
- Controller (ONE-C): Integrated power supply, PLC, frequency inverter, SD card slot, and RJ45 (Modbus) communication for automation systems.
- Motor Control (ONE-SENSE): Automatic and adaptive motor management for optimal performance.
- Motor & Power: 0.18 kW three-phase reversible motor-gearbox, allowing auto-lift on power loss.
- Boom (Arm): Reinforced oval aluminium 135 × 93 mm, 2 – 4 m, white lacquered with reflective strips.
- Housing & Protection: Cataphoretic-treated steel body, aluminium 2 mm cover, IP54, and operation from −30 °C to +55 °C.
- Installation: Includes foundation template, 4 anchor rods, Janolène conduits, and auto-lift emergency system; foundation dimensions 600 × 600 × 800 mm.
