Ultra-fast barrier with carbon rail and automatic re-hinging system. Opens in 0.4 seconds, uses up to 15,000 cycles/day. The rail automatically repositions itself after a side impact. Perfect for toll booths, motorways or busy traffic.

• Duty Cycle: Designed for continuous intensive use (20 000 cycles/day) with MCBF = 10 million cycles.
• Controller (ONE-C): Integrated power supply, PLC, frequency inverter, SD card, and RJ45 (Modbus) for smart automation and network integration.
• Motor Control (ONE-SENSE): Automatic motor management and controlled anti-rebound / re-hinging system.
• Motor & Power: 0.18 kW three-phase reversible motor-gearbox, with auto-lift on power loss.
• Boom (Arm): Carbon fiber Ø 85 mm with foam protection and reflective bands, length up to 3.8 m; impact-absorbing and tool-less replacement.
• Housing & Protection: Cataphoretic-treated steel body with 2 mm aluminium cover, IP54, operating range −30 °C to +55 °C.
