The LBC10 chain barrier secures access points up to 10 meters with a high-strength galvanized steel chain. Its motorized worm gear system allows for intensive operation of up to 5,000 cycles/day. Maintenance is simplified thanks to its impact-resistant sliding design. It is ideal for closing off commercial or residential access points while maintaining a simple and robust appearance.

Description

  • Opening Speed: Variable from 4 to 10 seconds, adjustable for smooth movement.
  • Duty Cycle: Continuous operation, 5 000 cycles/day, with MCBF = 3 million cycles.
  • Chain System: Galvanized steel chain Ø12 mm, links 12×50×100 mm, total span 4 – 10 m, with quick links for easy assembly.
  • Motor & Power: 0.37 kW three-phase motor, 230 V single-phase supply, irreversible gearbox, manual crank for emergency operation.
  • Controller (ONE-C): Integrated power supply, PLC, frequency inverter, SD card, and RJ45 (Modbus) for automation integration.
  • Structure: Cataphoretic-treated steel body, 2 mm aluminium cover, RAL 5015 body / RAL 7016 cover, Ronis 405 lock, powder-coated finish.
  • Optional Equipment: LED lighting, infrared sensors, loop detector, fireman’s box, radio receiver (Cardin S 449-433 MHz), LBA Connect, and safety photocells.
  • Installation: Supplied with foundation template, 4 anchor rods, Janolène conduits Ø63 mm, foundation dimensions 600 × 600 × 800 mm.
