Heavy-duty automatic barrier designed for passages up to 12 m. It incorporates a single-piece aluminum or fiberglass boom without guying. The three-phase motor is controlled by a ONE-C card for intensive use. Ideal for logistics sites or heavy-duty access.
Opening Speed: Variable from 4.9 to 10.5 seconds, depending on boom length and configuration.
Boom (Arm): Fibreglass Ø 140 mm or oval aluminium 180 × 118 mm, reflective strips, up to 12 m, single-piece without guy wire, resistant to strong winds.
Controller (ONE-C): Integrated power supply, PLC, frequency inverter, SD card, and RJ45 (Modbus) for automation.
Motor & Power: 0.55 kW three-phase motor with brake, 230 V supply, irreversible gearbox, spring + chain compensation.
Structure: Galvanized, cataphoretic-treated steel cabinet with 3 mm galvanized steel cover, standard RAL 5015, optional custom RAL.
Performance: MCBF 3 million cycles, MTBF 15 000 h, MTTR 60 min, operating range –30 °C to +55 °C, IP54.
Options: Manual/motorized rotation, anti-vandal pack, high or full-height protective grilles, R24/R23 lights, AVB rest stand.
Installation: Supplied with foundation template, 4 anchor rods, Janolène conduits; foundation dimensions 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm.
